Dr. Chen has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 22 years with experience managing Phase I-IV clinical trials. She has served as Department Head for over a decade, building the Clinical Data Management department from scratch for Warner Chilcott, now part of Allergan. Taking advantage of her strong medical background, she transitioned to clinical science as a safety data reviewer at the compound level and eventually moving to a position as Director of Medical Affairs before joining OncoC4. Her experience includes full clinical operation functions and participation in multiple FDA and vendor audits. She received her MD degree at Peking Union Medical College.
