Jeanette has over 10 years of experience developing and managing multiple facets of financial operations and reporting for rapidly growing organizations, particularly in the life sciences sector. Previously, she served as Controller for a cell manufacturing platform technology company and as Assistant Controller for a medical device company. Areas of specialization include close and financial reporting management, external audit management, private and public financings, including initial public offerings, SEC reporting, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, equity plan administration, and financial systems implementation and administration. Jeanette holds an active CPA license with the state of Maryland.
